  • Which neighborhoods do you serve?

    Our services cover a wide range of Boston neighborhoods such as Charlestown, East Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford and surrounding areas in Middlesex county. 

  • What types of pets do you accommodate?

    Pet boarding is currently available exclusively in the home of one of our Cityside Sitter team members in Waltham. This service is limited to dogs only, and all dogs must be friendly with other dogs. 

  • How do you ensure pet safety during boarding?

    Our team follows strict safety protocols including secure environments, regular check-ins, and personalized care plans to maintain your pet’s well-being throughout their stay.
  • Are your sitters insured and background-checked?

    Yes, all Cityside Sitters team members undergo comprehensive background checks and carry insurance to guarantee trustworthy and professional service.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable. Later cancellations may incur a cancellation fee depending on the timing and circumstances.

  • How do I book a service?

    Bookings can be completed by filling out our online sitter request form. Once submitted, a Cityside Sitter will contact you to finalize the details and confirm your booking. You can also book through Rover by visiting https://www.rover.com/sit/kristinalynn

  • Do you offer meet-and-greet sessions?

    Yes, we provide complimentary meet-and-greet visits to introduce our sitters to your pet and discuss specific care instructions before the service begins.
  • What are your service hours?

    Our services are available seven days a week, with flexible scheduling options to fit your needs, including overnight stays and extended boarding periods.
